George is originally from Johannesburg, South Africa where he practiced law after graduating at the University of the Witwatersrand. He came to Auckland 20 years ago and set up a law practice, George Deeb Associates, as a Barrister, Solicitor and Notary Public. After amalgamating his practice with Davenports Harbor Lawyers on Auckland North Shore, he has stayed on in a consultancy role.

Working from home on Auckland’s North Shore makes George’s notary fees very affordable as there are no large law firm overheads to cover. His service is also relaxed, friendly and there is free parking on site.

The fee is usually $200 incl GST (or $100 for the first document and $30 for each document thereafter) whichever is the lesser.

George is a notary public registered with the New Zealand Society of Notaries.

A notary public is a lawyer authorised by the Archbishop of Canterbury of England to officially witness signatures on legal documents for use overseas. An embossing tool (seal) is used to verify documents signed in his presence or to certify that the original document has been sighted and is a true copy.
